The install was a mess from start to finish, i feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. I expected things to be handled professionally, but it ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. Definitely not worth it.

Ordering from klarstein.co was straightforward, and compared with some other home appliance sites I’ve used, it was easy enough to find what I was looking for. That said, a few pages loaded a bit slowly and the product details weren’t always as clear as they could be, so I ended up clicking around more than I expected. It’s not the smoothest shopping experience out there, but it got the job done. I’d probably use it again if the price was better than elsewhere.

I bought a Klarstein air cooler because it looked nice and I was hoping it would be a decent option for my room, but it fell short for me. I don’t expect miracles from an air cooler, but I do expect it to make a noticeable difference, and this barely cooled the room at all. It was also louder than I thought it would be, which got annoying quickly. After about a week, it even started leaking a little. For me, that’s just not acceptable, so I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.

I stayed here thinking, “Looks decent, should be fine,” which was definitely me taking a mental shortcut. It ended up being loud pretty much all night, and I barely slept. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d probably look somewhere else.

The site said the item was in stock, so I ordered it like a normal person. Then, surprise, these clowns tell me there’s no stock after all. Annoying experience.
